14.2     Substantive Change

The Institution has a policy and procedure to ensure that all substantive changes are reported in accordance with SACSCOC policy.

 

Non-Compliance

 

The institution has an appropriate policy for identifying and reporting potential substantive changes.

 

The institution reports five substantive change notifications since its last reaffirmation, with evidence of approval by SACSCOC.

 

The institution reports that it discovered one case where it was delinquent in reporting a notification to SACSCOC (the off-campus delivery of 25-49% of a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership program). The institution did not provide evidence that notification had been sent to SACSCOC.

iNSTITUTION’S rESPONSE

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette submitted notification of the delivery of 25-49% of the M.Ed. Educational Leadership program at local school parishes. Two of four sites reported are currently inactive.

A copy of the letter of notification to the Commission on Colleges submitted in early September 2019, shortly after the institution’s Compliance Certification was completed is provided for your review. No new sites have been established since the submission of this notification.
